We over-communicate

Always remember that the person you are communicating to might be working on something different than yourself, so to avoid confusion always paint a picture of a scenario before asking a question or commenting on an event.

Customers are busy and we need to respect their time, so do your best to communicate accurately and clearly so they know where you are coming from. We over communicate with customers to show them that we care and that we understand their needs.
